We do not ship to separate PO Box addresses or outside Portuguese territory. For information about deliveries outside Portugal or the islands (Azores and Madeira), please contact us via email or telephone, from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, using the contacts that you can find on this page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SHIPPING AND HANDLING<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Delivery costs have the values described at the time of completing the online purchase. The shipping costs are based on the total weight of the products in the order and are updated according to the updates provided by the carriers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>We process in\u00a0<strong>48 hours (2 business days)<\/strong>, all orders confirmed until 1pm (working days), whose items are available in stock. In case of out of stock we will contact you and indicate the estimated time for your order to be processed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Normally, the order will arrive the next day. Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). If we find a problem with your order, we will contact you. Please note that deliveries may take longer to certain remote areas or if your order requires additional security validation. In any case, we aim to deliver all products within 3 days of order confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>All shipments require an adult (18 years or older) signature at the time of delivery. After the adult&#039;s signature confirming acceptance of the delivered product, responsibility for the goods becomes yours. If you have specified as a recipient a third party for delivery purposes (for example as a gift), then you understand and agree that evidence of a signature by that recipient (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment of the contract for sale by part of the RMRV and transfer of responsibility to the recipient, as if the product had been delivered to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We recommend that you inspect the package for damage or tampering before signing and accepting it; in case of violation in the packaging, we ask that you refuse to accept it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>PICK UP AN ORDER AT A STORE<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you wish to pick up your order at the RMRV store in Alverca do Ribatejo, you must present:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Order confirmation email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Official identification with photo (Citizen Card or Passport).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. In case of stock break or other unforeseen situation, you will be contacted. RMRV will keep your order for 15 days, after which it will be cancelled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If the delivery of your order is delayed, please contact us by email or phone. Upon receiving your order, carefully inspect the contents of the package. If there is any discrepancy between what you ordered and what you received, please notify RMRV immediately, which undertakes to return any incorrect or non-compliant products in accordance with our exchange and returns policy and current legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to any products that are not delivered within the 30 day period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We will not be liable for any breach or delay of any of the obligations assumed by us under an order whose cause is due to events beyond our control (force majeure). Epidemics, pandemics or other similar health situations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It will be considered that our obligations arising from the contracts are suspended during the period in which the reasons for force majeure occur and we will benefit from an extension of the period for fulfilling such obligations, for a period equal to the duration of the reasons for force majeure. . When an item is not returned in its original condition, we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the returned item caused by handling or overuse (including, for example, any loss or damage to the item, your presentation box or any document).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the products, and we recommend sending the item to be returned via insured courier for tracking purposes. We also recommend that customers take out adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment, as RMRV will have no liability for items lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
